MIDAS Tyre & Auto Service Competition – Terms & Conditions Promoter: The Car Place Pty Ltd ABN 94 640 721 080
- Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees and immediate family members of The Car Place Pty Ltd or MIDAS Tyre & Auto Service are not eligible to enter.
- Entry: To enter, participants must scan the official competition QR Code and provide all required details on the entry form. Only one entry per vehicle registration is permitted. Each person can only win once.
- Competition Period: The competition runs on a monthly basis. Entries close at 11:59PM AEST on the final day of each month finishing December 31st 2025.
- Prize & Draw: One (1) winner will be drawn at random at the end of each month. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 3 business days of the draw. The prize is a FREE Essential Service (Oil, Oil Filter and Labour). Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- Marketing Consent: By entering the competition, participants consent to receive marketing communications from MIDAS Tyre & Auto Service and The Car Place Pty Ltd. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly.
- Use of Entries: By entering, participants agree that The Car Place Pty Ltd may use their name and entry details for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- General: The Car Place Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without notice. The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
